1. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Compulsory)

To ensure fair and transparent verification of any damage, missing item, or incorrect product claims:

  • Recording a continuous, clear, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must start before opening the outer courier package and continue until the product is fully revealed.

The following must be clearly visible in the video:

  • Sealed courier package
  • Shipping label with Order ID
  • Inner packaging
  • Jewellery product

⚠️ Important:

  • Return or refund requests cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.
  • Edited, cut, blurred, paused, or incomplete videos will be considered invalid.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return or refund request will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Product received in a damaged or broken condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in the package
  • Manufacturing defect visible at the time of delivery

All claims must be supported with:

  • Valid unboxing video
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Original invoice

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Unboxing video is edited, unclear, or incomplete
  • Product shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
  • Damage caused due to mishandling, negligence, or improper storage
  • Colour fade or polish loss after usage (covered under Warranty Policy only)
  • Minor colour variations due to screen or lighting differences
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Size, design, or personal preference issues
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

4. Timeframe to Raise a Request

  • All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

5. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Order ID
  • Registered email address and phone number
  • Reason for return

Attach:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images of the issue
  • Invoice copy

Our quality assurance team will review the request within 3–5 business days.


6. Approval or Rejection of Return

  • If approved, return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared.
  • If rejected, the reason for rejection will be communicated via email.
  • Shri Aabhushanam reserves the right to approve or decline requests after internal verification.

7. Product Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • The product must be returned with:
    • Original jewellery box
    • Tags
    • Invoice
    • Any free gifts received

Returns with missing items or damaged packaging may be declined.


8. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

9. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges
  • COD charges
  • Gift wrapping charges
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

10. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted only for damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
  • Exchange requests must follow the same unboxing video and 48-hour reporting rule.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

11. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

  • Submission of false claims, manipulated videos, or used products may result in rejection of the request.
  • Shri Aabhushanam reserves the right to restrict future services in such cases.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by courier partners beyond our control.

13. Final Disclaimer

  • All decisions regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges are taken after due verification.
  • Policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
