2. Shipping Coverage Area
- We currently ship across India only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–14 business days

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

- COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Courier Partners
- We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners for deliveries.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD availability depends on the delivery location and courier partner.

- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD service for future orders.

10. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the outer package appears damaged, opened, or tampered:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Request the courier executive to mark the shipment as “damaged”
- Record an unboxing video and take clear photos

11. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer
- Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
- Claims for loss or damage after confirmed delivery cannot be accepted.

- Courier partner issues
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events
13. Lost Shipments
- In the rare event of a shipment being lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner.
- A replacement or refund will be initiated only after official confirmation from the courier partner.
14. Partial Deliveries
- In rare cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.
